The last few weeks, the market has done what it typically does: takes a break. The last third of December typically slows down. As we get closer to spring, everything is shaping up for the rush that we have been predicting for the last couple of months.


Market Picking Up As We Head Into 2015

Over the last month the median price sold has increased as listing inventory and price reductions on active listings have decreased. The winter is always an interesting time for real estate. Selling before the end of the year can be easier due to fewer listings to compete with. Buying can also be somewhat easier as there are fewer buyers in the marketplace as well. 


Enjoy the Balance

We're starting to move back toward a balanced market. Sellers still have the leg up on buyers, but it's not nearly as much of a 'seller's market' as it has been. Curious about what the Denver real estate market is going to be like in 2015? Watch the video :)
